Song Information:

This is a song that I wrote about my mother's recent passing away. I wrote most of these words the night before her funeral, just about how I felt at the time. I'd spent the day with my mother's surviving sister a couple days before and some of the lines come from things she told me.

The picture is of the sunset at Wellesley Island, taken from my folk's place, a view that was dear to my Mom.
