What moods stir while you repose in the delapitated Japanese rock garden on this moonlit evening? Is that rainfall outside this little hut, or is it a trick of the wind? Such a gentle wind, stirring the chimes. A gentle, but purposeful wind. Perhaps Nature is trying to tell us something....
I composed Rock Garden entirely with samples from the MacIDOL sample library, graciously donated by Richie Fingers, using the emporer gong, Apollo chime 9, egg 3, Tibetan chod drum, rainstick 3, and zynergy. I used the Speedster plugin to tune the zynergy sample to different pitches, and the Inspector plugin to help with production.
