Song Information:

This instrumental song is one which the listener is taken upon a musical & spiritual journey around the world. For each movement in this piece takes the listener to a different location in the world, through the cultural instruments and melodies that are used. After starting off in North America with a flowing alternative/funk riff mixed with orchestral strings, the listener is then taken to South America, in which they are enthrilled with pumping latin and cuban beats. From there, you are taken to Africa, where you are exposed to an array of pounding djembes. The transitional build of Japanese kodo drums takes you to Asia, where you listen to the enticing melodic xylophones of their culture. After a heart stopping break, you are taken to the exotic world of India, in which you experience the soothing melody of a sitar and the intriguing rhythms of tabla drums. After a sitar solo, a pumping euro dance beat is mixed in, and psychadelic synthesized melodies slowly begin to fade in. You are now being taken to Europe, in which you are alive on the dance floor of a club in Amsterdam, the bass pumping at your chest, and the sweat pouring off your forehead, as your body girates to the flowing sound waves. After a defeaning silence, you are overwhelmed with a feeling of white light as a delicate piano fades in, taking your soul up to a blissful place of your own, your nirvana so to say. As the emotional cello resonates in harmony with the soothing piano, you awaken, back at your computer, having just gone on an incredible Journey Around the World.

--------

This is what I hope could one day potentially be achieved with this song. Although please note it is still a work in progress, and the ending is not close to being refined. However I would appreciate any feedback you are willing to give.

Thank you.
