This piece is based on an experience I once had of
hearing a young man performing on a wooden flute when I was in Chittagong, Bangladesh. He played solo and out came nothing but the most soothing sounds.
Created in GarageBand and remastered in Logic Studio
The soundfont for the introductory flute was sent to me as a gift from a friend, Feter who is living in Syria, in exile from Baghdad. This is not an attempt, by any means, to be authentic in eastern traditional scales but an impression.
