Song Information:

I'm pretty damned happy with this. I have to confess it's only a bit of laptop pop (all loops) where I've done a poor-man's "Mick Hucknell" to my own fake Complicatedly Blue backing band, but it's the best damned vocal sound I've ever got to date, I think. Quite pulled the wriggling lapin from the headgear, I think.

I used a Dub tutorial kit of loops from the DVDs with the January edition of MusicTech Magazine. Yes, that is a free plug, first dead tree zine I've bought inages, largely because they give away... FREE LOOPS!

They've been heavily processed and retuned in places, but it's mostly a case of instant band in a box. Just the same, I love how some of the pattern changes and retunings have worked out, especially the bouncy bass in the chorus, it's got a real pluck-it-and-bend-it feel in places. Boing Boing Boing Boing... Listen out for it ;-)
