This is a remix of michael2's original (posted with his permission) Michael asked me to add some banjo to his song to replace the choral voices he had in there, and then he sent me the Logic file to make it easier to record my part, and gave me the okay to remix it. I got my banjo recorded, but I kept the choral voices, changing them to pump organ, and I changed the drum kit to an EZ Drummer kit. Then I got inspired to use the new violin bass I got at a yard sale for 5 dollars to record a new bass track that was a little more simple than the jazzy walking bass Michael had originally. The final thing I did was change the pizzicato cello part to kalimba. It's quite a nice song , very nice melodically, so I spent a lot of time just tweaking little things in the track automation and effects. It's the second song I've worked on with Michael, and his voice is so oddly pleasant to my ear that I could just listen to it constantly in a loop by itself, but I was glad I could add something to this song too. Great fun, and I hope you all like it.8
