Song Information:
I wrote this song in March 2005 in protest against the illegal imprisonment of Mamduh Habib and David Hicks at Guantanamo Bay and have reissued it because fellow MacIDOL, Jiguma, has put a up similarly themed song, Guantanamo Vacation.
Habib has been released, but Hicks still rots at George W Bush's pleasure. If more Australian artists join the chorus with an anti Guantanamo song, maybe we can get John Howard to actually do something for Australia instead of slavishly following the USA's commands, and argue for Hicks' release.
So, if you're Australian, read up on David Hicks and Guantnamo Bay, then if you believe injustice lives in Cuba, write a song to add to the chorus.
