This song is fairly simple, but here's a brief explanation of the terms involved:
Roundup - herbicide, kills weeds, grasses and amphibians.
Monsanto - local chemical company that manufactures Roundup, and also genetically alters crops so that Roundup can be applied, killing everything but the genetically engineered crop.
Frogs, toads, salamanders - innocent amphibians, bellwethers of our future.
The song was actually inspired by an article in the local paper. (Monsanto HQ is not far from where I live.)
