"Defending Liberty"

This is an experiment. I was working on this music and suddenly got the idea to use a powerful speech written by U.S. Senator Robert Byrd about abuse of power and the war in Iraq. I sing/speak the speech verbatim. It's a relentless building jam, a speech performed as rock and roll. It's an experiment in combining a complete speech with musical performance. The bass was played on my guitar and tuned down. I used Jam Pack 4 instruments towards the end.
