I've always loved the novelty songs of the swing era, and decided I wanted to write a song that had a good dose of silliness in it. A dance tune seemed a good vehicle, so I went for a beat that made me bop around in my computer chair. I wrote some lyrics, found my silly hook, and just started singing.  | |
