Aaorta Theater! From a man of many talents!

Postby slumbering » Wed Oct 28, 2009 5:30 am

Woohoo!!! How fun!

Aaorta Theater - Episode 01: Love

It's about twenty minutes long but seems to go by in more like five because it's so entertaining!

I love this, Boris! It's strange, humorous, sad, creepy, fun, creative... and Bleed, If You Need (http://macidol.com/song/24026) is a beautiful song and the heart of this show - or is it the roast beef in this sandwich?

Thank you for this treat tonight! YAY!

I'd listened to this when I first noticed it yesterday. Is this all Me and Boris the Bull? Are Aorta Theater and Alexander Penkel real entiites? Or is it just fun with the Voice Transformer? News from the Chasm sounds like it's read by Ringo from The Beatles cartoon series! Funny... radio theater is cool!

Absolutely brilliant Boris, you have captured the essence of old theatre.

Thanks for the fleshy stew :)

Top notch production there Mr. B I'm reminded of Neck Romantic in its caliber 8)

Bleed If You Need was also well placed and worked really well.

The piano journal entry reminded me of some Mr. Rogers Twisted Up Neighborhood.

I kept expecting another acoustic piece but in the end it wasn't needed just me being greedy

Peace,
Rob

...

sorry - late checking back in! thanks for the kind words!

i seriously wish i could find more of this kind of stuff out there. i guess that's partly why i did it, because there's not enough that exists... and the stuff that does exist is not for me (usually too explicit or such).

anyhow, i'll likely start in on a new one in a few weeks. happy you enjoyed it!

thank you, again! ~ mark
