So my current list o' issues is:

1) Quicktime links: on the track of this, should be fixed soon

2) News updates on home page (and presumably others): posts moved to spam area still appear. Investigating.

3) HTML in posts: phpBB3 does not allow this for security reasons, and I'm afraid I have to agree. The current model is to use bbcode. You can do URLs with
Code: Select all
[url] and [/url]
.

4) Video embedding (related to 3): Same kind of deal with 3, the lack of HTML in posts is blocking this. phpBB3 allows for custom bbcode so I can make bbcode for embeds from Youtube and such. I'll get on these and announce when available. So far I know that Youtube and Myspace are requested.

5) News page: need new code that supports phpBB3.

6) Forum RSS feed: need new code that supports phpBB3.

7) E-mail notifications: seem to be sporadic and delayed. Investigating.

Thanks for the update. (And mostly thanks for all your work to keep the site going.)

As you can see, I fixed the link in my sig.

Believe Fixed, need confirmation

- Quicktime links

Investigating

- News updates on home page (and presumably others): posts moved to spam area still appear.
- E-mail notifications: seem to be sporadic and delayed.
- Saved streams from old Jamroom don't work. Might be able to redirect the URL.

Need coding

Thanks for all your efforts! One thing I'm confused about is my signature. Sometimes the URL code works and sometimes it doesn't. Any idea why that is?

The only thing that comes to mind is the line break. I'll test it now.

MacIDOL
[url=http://macidol.com]
MacIDOL[/url]

So what happens? (Line break on the second one.)

Yep. It's the line break.

So my current list o' issues is:

Fixed
-------
- Quicktime links
- Video embedding: custom BB Code created for Youtube, Myspace, and Google Video. Put in just the identifier of the video, not the whole URL.
- News updates on home page (and presumably others): posts moved to spam area still appear.

Believe Fixed, need confirmation
---------------------------------------
- none right now

Investigating
----------------
- E-mail notifications: seem to be sporadic and delayed.

Need coding
--------------
- News page: need new code that supports phpBB3.
- Forum RSS feed: need new code that supports phpBB3.
- Saved streams from old Jamroom don't work. URL can't be redirected. Would have to code conversion from GET to POST.

Can't Fix, but Workarounds Available
----------------------------------------------
- HTML in posts: phpBB3 does not allow this for security reasons, and I'm afraid I have to agree. The current model is to use bbcode. You can do URLs with
Code: Select all
[url] and [/url]
